She was so professional, patient, and friendly. Esli was awesome with his Brothers and kept them entertained with stickers while they waited—such a thoughtful thing! At checkout, Cathy answered our last-minute questions, spoke directly to my Son to reassure him, and made sure I left with the text question phone number and all the information we needed. He didn't just give a treatment plan for money, he was honest. Great at what they do: my older daughter received treatment and her smile couldn't be better! Work with you: I experienced some hardships during my daughter's treatment and they gave me options to get it worked out, without treating me negatively.. even that situation was a very kind and understanding experience. Overall, this should be the only orthodontist everyone goes to. I couldn't have asked for better treatments.

I was referred to Dr. Petrous's Orthodontic Dentist office by Primary Dentist for an evaluation of work that needed to be done for my 7 year old daughter. The office is designed to make any child, teen or adult feel at comfort and ease. There is a Pac-Man arcade game for the kids to play (free) right in the center of the waiting room as well as magazines for adult reading. The staff is beyond friendly! Margo (receptionist) assisted my daughter and I and she was so friendly. Margo provided a tour off the dentist office as well as a step by step guide as to what to do each visit. The dentist office is top class! Margo spoke with my daughter as if she was a young adult, allowing her to sign herself in and answer question putting my daughter at complete ease for her first visit. The backroom is an open space, so patients can feel comfortable with their surroundings. Patients are able to look about and ask any questions-- which are answered in such a comfort manner. Dr. Petrous is phenomenon!!! He was so friendly to my daughter and I-- also very knowledgeable as he explain each step of the examination... The wait time is very minimal and kids can even brush their teeth before their exam!
